Does Digiboo support Apple™ devices (iOS)?
- Yes! Digiboo supports Apple iOS 6.0 and greater. Our app works on newer iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch devices, which have processors capable of high quality video playback. You can download our free app from Apple’s App Store.

Does Digiboo support Apple OSX computers?
- Apple computers are not natively supported. If you use Windows utilities for Mac (e.g., VMWare®, Dual Boot, or Parallels®), Digiboo can play movies.

How Often Does Digiboo update their movies?
- Digiboo updates their movie selection weekly
How long do I have to watch a rented movie?
- You have 30 days from the time of the movie download to start watching the movie.
- Once you have started the movie, you have 48 hours before the movie expires.
Are the movies in HD?
- Digiboo movies are in standard definition
- Stay tuned for future support of high definition movies
How long will it take to download?
- Using a USB 3.0 storage device, the download can be as little as 30 seconds
- Using a USB 2.0 storage device, the download can take as little as 2 minutes
- Using WiFi, a full movie download will take as little as 3 minutes
- All download speeds are variable, depending on your equipment
What happens to movies I don’t watch?
- For movies that you rent, you will have 30 days to start watching the movie.
- Once the movie is played, you will be able to view it for 48 hours, after which it will expire.
- After expiration, you will need to rent it again in order to watch it.
Playback on more than 1 device?
- Purchased movies can be played back using up to 5 devices
- Rental movies can be played back using 1 device
How do I add a device to domain?
- Using WiFi, after choosing your movie(s), connect to Kiosk.Digiboo.com at the Digiboo kiosk. Follow the prompts to install the Digiboo player, and your device will be added during the installation process.
How do I remove a playback device from my domain?
- You need to be connected to the internet to remove a device
- Open the Digiboo player. Select “Card #” from the list on the left, and your authorized devices will be displayed. Click the “X” next to the device you want to remove.
How do I find out what my playback devices are?
- Open the Digiboo Player and click “Domain”
- Then click the “View Devices” menu item
- The Player will list what devices are in your personal domain.
- You can only remove a device from the domain by using the “Remove Device from a Single Domain” menu item or the “Remove Device from All Domains” menu item.
How large is an average movie?
- A 2-hour movie is approximately 1.8 GB
Can you watch Digiboo movies on TV?
- You can connect your computer to your TV via audio and video cables such as RCA, VGA, DVI, or HDMI. Check your TV and computer documentation for more information.
How many movies can fit on a USB?
- This depends on the amount of available free space on your USB storage device. A 2-hour movie is approximately 1.8 GB.
Do I need a special USB drive?
- You will need a USB 2.0 storage device; USB 3.0 recommended.
Do I need an Internet connection?
- An Internet connection is only required the first time you use Digiboo in order to join your playback device to our domain. This connection requires just a few seconds.
- You do not need to be connected to the Internet to watch content downloaded from the Digiboo kiosk because the videos are stored on the Apple, Android, or USB device.
If I start a download and don’t complete it, will I be charged?
- No. Your credit card will not be billed unless you successfully complete the download of the entire movie or TV show.
