Richard Cohen – CEO
Richard was the President of MGM Home Entertainment and Consumer Products after having previously been Executive Vice President and Worldwide General Manager of Buena Vista Home Video. As CEO of pioneering DVD kiosk company, TNR Inc., he engineered their growth to become the 2nd largest video kiosk company in the U.S. His new media background began early on as GM, Consumer Division, RealNetworks.
Jeff Karbowiak – COO
Jeff has been a longtime member of CEO Richard Cohen's core team as COO at DVD kiosk innovator, TNR Inc., and as EVP of MGM's Home Entertainment Group, responsible for worldwide operations, finance, administration & accounting. Jeff had 19+ years of experience with MGM Inc., working in Corporate Development, International TV and Worldwide Home Entertainment.
Blake Thomas – CMO
Before serving as head of the Blu-Ray Consortium of the DEG, Blake was another former MGM team member where he was GM, MGM Home Entertainment and previously was EVP of worldwide marketing, Home Entertainment Group for 10 years. Blake had 13 years Marketing and Advertising management experience at DDB and Y&R before coming to MGM.
David Beddow – CTO
Before joining Digiboo as CTO, David was CTO at Movielink, the studio-owned movie download service now owned by Dish Network. Prior to his role at Movielink, David was CEO at Ascent Media and CTO at TCI. David continues to serve as a senior consultant on technical matters for electronics companies, studios and content owners.
Eric Villette – Head of Operations
As EVP Finance & Operations at MGA Entertainment, Eric led all back-office functions and licensed the Bratz library to Fox and Lionsgate. Prior to this, Eric built the worldwide distribution infrastructure on a SAP platform at MGM Home Entertainment. Earlier, he spent 10 years implementing financial reporting systems at Warner Brothers.
Jeff Pietrzyk – EVP Business Development
Jeff has deep experience in Sales and Business Development in the Entertainment Industry, most recently as SVP North American Sales at MGM. Previous to MGM, Jeff held similar leadership positions at Sony, Warner Brothers and Capitol Records. His sales management career prior included 9 years in various U.S. assignments with PepsiCo and P&G.
David Rondan – EVP Product Development
David was formerly SVP, Worldwide Digital Media at MGM where he helped build the digital team in 2006. During his 12 years at MGM, his primary focus was nurturing the early digital media initiatives and developing strategies to complement physical media distribution.
